Uni-Polish Polishing Chuck

Uni-Polish Polishing Chuck A special chuck designed to securely hold watch cases, watch case backs when polishing.

To use manually: the brass claw is adjusted by turning the end of the cylinder clockwise, the item being polished is held by the jaws from the inside. Hold the hexagonal vice during the polishing process.

To use on a Polishing Motor Arbor: The first step is to secure the item being polished on the brass claws. Next fix the vice on the polishing motor arbor and tighten the 2 screws on the chuck, by using the hex key supplied. The chuck is designed to fit a motor arbor with a diameter of 14mm. An optional reduction die can be purchased to adapt the chuck to fit a motor arbor of 9mm.
