We cannot offer full refunds IF duties/brokerage is unpaid and/or delivery is refused.
US customers will have to pay additional duties/tariffs to the US Customs office, an email from FedEx will let you do so. The amount is determined by the US customs office. Perrin Supply LTD does not collect, nor can we predict exact amount. Duties is not reflected at checkout.
Duties amount will vary based on the item’s country of origin, our goods will range from 15% to 35%, but these numbers can change unpredictably.
If any fees are unpaid the package will be return to our warehouse for a charge, thus we are unable facilitate a full refund.
