High Torque Step Seconds Mini Movement For Larger Clocks - 1/4" These compact AA battery powered high torque movements are designed specifically for use with today's new larger clocks. Made in China. The distance between the hour and minute hands has been increased. This increased distance will help prevent longer hands from binding and leaves enough room to accommodate the counterweights that are commonly used on the large minute hands. The movement measures 54mm (2 1/8") wide x 54mm (2 1/8") high x 15.9mm (5/8") deep. "I" shaft diameter is 7.9mm (5/16"). Front loading plastic hanger is included. Best used without the seconds feature. Movements are supplied with hardware. Hands and battery are not included. This movement is compatible with Style "A" and Style "B" minute hands. Sweep hands are not recommended.
