Oblique Cutters Perrin Slimline head is angled with pointed tip for getting into tight places. Semi-flush cutting edges are precision wire cutting of soft wires. Length of cut 9/16". Used for many jewellery repairs but can be used in watch repair, clock repair, and by hobbyists alike. The Slimline series is lightweight and sized for small to miniature work.
