We cannot offer full refunds IF duties/brokerage is unpaid or delivery is refused.
US customers should expect additional duties/tariffs as well as courier handling fees at delivery (COD). These additional fees are at the discretion of US customs and US couriers respectfully. Perrin Supply LTD does not collect, nor can we predict exact amount. The amount will be collected by couriers, and is not reflected at checkout.
Duties will vary based on the item’s country of origin, most of our goods will range from 15% to 40%, but these numbers can change unpredictably. Courier fees are normally $5-10 USD.
If any fees are unpaid the package will not return to our warehouse, thus we are unable to facilitate a refund.
